Stagecoach Performing Arts Inclusivity Policy
Stagecoach Performing Arts is committed to inclusivity, recognising the positive impact attending our classes can have on children and young people. Our aim is to give each child the best possible experience of our brand.
Our Commitment to Inclusivity:
Equal Opportunities
We have an inclusive recruitment policy that also applies to the enrolment of students. Children and young people from all backgrounds are offered the same opportunity and support.
No Auditions Required
With few exceptions (e.g. special event performances), there are no auditions for places in our scheduled classes and all applications are treated equally. Students are also offered a two-week trial to assess how they are settling into and progressing in class.
Support for Individual Needs
Our teachers are committed to integrating children with a range of individual needs, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), into our classes wherever possible.
